There has been a lot of news in the last few days about the firmware update by Samsung for some if its flagship smartphone devices, which has not been good news for many users. The company is still continuing the process and now we have news that the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is available for both Samsung S4 and S4 Mini Canada on a variety of carriers.

Bell started rolling out the software update for both phones earlier yesterday morning. It is possible that not all users of these phones will have the updates at the same time because the firmware update pushed out in phases, so if you use any of the phones in Canada and you can't download the update yet just give it little more time.

Meanwhile according to the Mobile Syrup other carrier in the country have also begun updating the two mobile devices to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean such as Rogers and TELUS. The update has a file size of 790MB so it is advisable that the update is carried out using a stable Wi-Fi and the phone should have at least 75% charge during update.

The new OS support the Galaxy Gear , Samsung KNOX, security suite and also has improved performance , new lock screen, new Samsung keyboard , new UI as well as some other security enhancements
